Kylie Sprott is an experienced leader with over 30 years of demonstrated achievement across industries including IT, financial services, engineering, environmental services, and legal services.

Kylie has a highly developed skill set in people and culture, technology and transformation. This combined with her extensive M&A skills and global experience make her a unique strategic advisor.

Kylie has substantial executive experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and she has worked with businesses varying in size from start ups to global businesses of over 8,000 people. Her experience spans both private and publicly listed businesses, having worked in an executive capacity in six publicly listed organisations. 

Kylie’s board experience includes Advisory Board roles, an Independent Board Advisor role, and three Non-Executive Director roles. Her board work includes Chair and Remuneration Committee responsibilities. Kylie provides advisory services on a retained basis, as well as specific engagements. She is often retained to provide one on one coaching sessions for board members, executives and high potential leaders.
